Administration Assistant
CurrentHaving commenced with Gap Solutions in an entry level receptionist role in 2014, I have progressed with the organisation through a number of position changes and am now a senior administration officer. Key functions of my position include the compilation of data and creation of documentation relating to company procedures and guidelines for internal use; interpretation and implementation of changing legislative requirements to ensure company compliance is maintained; reconciliation and processing of PAYG, BAS and Payroll Tax declarations; processing of weekly payroll and the maintenance of a payroll database utilising MYOB EXO; generation and provision of financial and internal performance reports to company shareholders utilising Microsoft Excel; in addition to overseeing and assisting other administrative team members to ensure the successful operation of accounts payable and receivable functions.
