Support Technician
Current• Performing setup, programming, installation and verification on weighing equipment, scanner scales, and point of sale (POS) equipment. Provide training to the users.• Install, configure, and provide training to the customers on scales management software for product data maintenance, including nutrition information.• Design label formats and receipts based on customers and legal requirements. • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair at customer sites on weighing equipment and POS. Provide remote and over the phone support to customers and subcontractors for Gap manufactured systems as well as Windows-based support. Update the help tickets for customer record-keeping and reporting.• Successfully obtained licence to verify POS systems and control systems for liquid measuring systems
