As a staff member of Wesleyan's student run theater group, I serve as a producer for upwards of 15 shows per semester put on completely by students. This involves holding regular meetings with shows, discussing budget and technical needs, and serving the shows in whatever need they see fit. Specifically, I serve as part of the Outreach and Development team, which is our initiative to get feedback from shows to improve our organization. I have also been in charge of costumes, workshops, and helped found AnyStage, Second Stage's student playwright initiative.
