When working with young people, there are times when you’ll see results in 10 seconds, and there are times you won’t see it for 10 years. Either way, keep planting those seeds and eventually, they bloom. Every young person deserves a champion - someone who won’t give up on them, who understands the power of youth work, and insist that they become the best that they possibly can be.
