I am an integrative psychotherapist meaning I tailor my therapy style according to my client's needs and what works best for them. I understand that we are all individuals and what works for one person might be totally different for somebody else. I completed my psychotherapy and counselling Post Graduate Diploma and Masters at the CCPE in London, Paddington. I currently run my own private practice and take short term, long term and Skype clients. I am one of the new talent/mind coaches to all the students who sign up to the Mastered accelerator programs . My role is to help them overcome any psychological blocks, so they can complete the programs to the best of their abilities and project themselves successfully into the creative world of fashion and photography.

I worked as a psychotherapist to both long and short term clients. Areas of focus were: all aspects of wellbeing, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem, addiction, abuse and suicide.

I worked assisting the Consultant Psychiatrist on an acute, locked ward. As well as offering therapeutic advice during ward round, I facilitated weekly group therapy for the in-patients.
