About Jess Roberts

I am an experienced and knowledgeable Civil Servant having undertaken roles in a wide range of departments. From the outset of the pandemic, I have been involved in wider HR-led programmes that have provided the most substantive and positive change to our workforce for a considerable time. Since then, I have provided analytical and evidence-driven functions for a range of HR-led projects around our recovery and responding to wellbeing needs. I've since joined an emerging team on the future ways of working across my organisation, where I took a prominent role in delivering communications and providing secretariat functions to enable our workforce to understand and embrace significant changes to our working ways. In my most recent role I am an HR Policy subject expert leading on hybrid working, flexible working and homeworking policies across a large organisation.
