Senior Brand Manager - Puma Teamsports

In 2018 TLA became the soul licensee for Puma Teamsports in Australia and New Zealand and thus I moved from Puma to TLA, Australia’s leading marketing and consulting/talent management company. Continuing and building on from my previous role, I was able to put my project management skills to the test with two huge responsibilities. 1. The eCommerce client platform and integration with Salesforce and 2. The management of not one but two warehouse moves, for 200,000 units across 1,500 SKUs. Day to day I managed the relationship with more than 50 clubs Australia wide, integrating their feedback into design and customer service requirements. Along with P&L management, quarterly reporting to the Puma management team (including the APAC CEO), complex forecasting and ordering windows. For 2 years I had great exposure to a genuine global brand and was able to expand my skill set from previous employment.
