- Manage the recruitment process for transfer and promotion of sworn members across Victoria- Shortlist and interview applicants (filling approx. 6-10 roles per fortnight)- Collaborate and advise Hiring Managers, and manage a fair process with a selection panel- Write selection reports for hire approvals

• Responsible for interviewing international students, in disciplines such as Accounting, IT, Marketing, and Engineering on a fortnightly/monthly cohort basis to coach them on employment techniques such as resume and interview techniques and provide them with feedback after interviews• Deliver weekly interview preparation or resume writing workshop classes of 30 students at Readygrad Campus or Universities• Attend student career fairs providing information to prospective students• Visit companies and meet potential mentors in order to ensure they meet the placement requirements, including Wilson Security and Slater and Gordon• Prepare and report on team KPIs to our auditing bodies monthly• Responsible for matching placement positions to the student’s career goals and skills that I have identified in initial meetings• Identifying development areas for students in advance to their placement to ensure they improve in time for interviews, including conducting mock interviews and coaching sessions• Account Manage for 30+ companies, ensuring you are their point of contact for queries and internship needs• Achieve KPI results on a monthly basis including placing students on time in internships• Avature System Superuser – support and train team members with system use• Assist Managers in recruiting for Readygrad team members including initial telephone screen interviews

Working various temporary positions for different agencies. Roles have included working for companies such as APD, BP, Nintex, Geotech Group, Rider Levitt Bucknall, Multiplex, Hampers with Bite, Cooper Investors and Lander and Rogers.

• Responsible for end to end recruitment, quarterly recruitment drives with ad hoc recruitment drives for management and office support positions• Liaise with agents such as advertisers, printers, and online agents, to agree costs, advertising and design for advertisements• Act as main contact for all recruitment queries, including collecting all applications, shortlisting and arranging workshops and interviews• Hold recruitment workshops in various locations, with up to 50 applicants at each• Responsible for maintaining personnel records for over 300 staff, ensuring all contracts, references, supervisions and all other documents are up to date in regards to their employment• Responsible for arranging the induction of staff and providing information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities • Responsible for drafting contracts of employment and ensuring all documents are sent out and received back, along with ensuring police checks are completed before start dates• Organise training for all staff, including new starter induction training, contractual training and Leadership training• Responsible for updating SAGE HR with all new starter information and ensuring all training is logged onto each employee's record
