Originally from Singapore, I’ve lived across the U.S. and now call Boston home, where I’m a co-founder at Family Style, a brand studio. We work with customer-focused teams to bring their visions to life in ways that go beyond just looking good, creating brands that pull you in.I’ve gained experience across industries, from consulting on Fortune 500 projects to building a customer experience team at an adtech company that scaled 10x in a few years. However, what shapes my approach most is spotting the subtle patterns that bring people together—something I learned growing up in a multicultural family on the other side of the world.Today, as we all seek identity and belonging in the things we buy and the experiences we try, my goal is to create a greater sense of belonging through the brands I help build.
