Delivered new LMS to business within first 3 months; LMS purchased shortly before I joined ETL, but it wasn't yet launched. I immersed myself in learning to use the system and it's functions, testing the platform, understanding reporting and uploading e-learning content for our employees. I ran a successful pilot before planning and executing the launch campaign and going live in mid-June.Sourced e-Learning partner; to coincide with the launch of the LMS, we needed to purchase e-learning for our. I engaged several providers, compared options, ran a short pilot and identified a preferred partner. I then co-ordinated the contract signing and imported the content into our LMS.

Partnering with team members across all global regions (APAC, EMEA and North America). Focused on delivering learning solutions to meet the needs of our learners, whilst staying aligned and focused on our business strategy, to drive a high performance culture. Responsible for all stages of the development process, from consulting with leaders to identify learning needs, to designing and delivering engaging and relevant content, to evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions.Recent projects include raising team member awareness of our business to ensure alignment with our strategy during a period of great transformation, leadership development, team member onboarding and team member goal setting.

Partner within the newly combined Learning and Development team, post Assurant's acquisition of TWG. Worked closely with the Head of L&D, Europe and other senior business leaders. Heavily involved in the integration and transformation of the two L&D functions, bringing our business processes together. Key projects include creating an in-house management development programme (incorporating L3 management apprenticeship) to aid succession planning by developing future leaders, partnering with business leaders to develop strategic learning solutions for operations employees, designing and implementing a programme around individual development planning to empower learners to take responsibility for their own learning, and taking responsibility for all Learning & Development business communications, to boost employee engagement.
