Jess is a MSgt in USAF, who has been working as an Airborne Cryptologic Language Analyst for 17 years. She has over a decade in leadership and management experience and is trained in Resilience-Based Leadership techniques.She has been an instructor for 10 years, have over 2.8K Instructor hours, has attained her CCAF Instructor Certification, Level 2, and has been awarded AETC Master Instructor as well as the ATD Master Trainer Certification. She helped create the technical training course for her career field and served as the Flight Chief of instructor faculty development for Goodfellow AFB. She also established the 17 TRW Women’s Initiatives Team, called Torch Athena and helped plan the AETC Conference of 2024.Currently, she is part of the senior leaders at the 43 IS at Cannon AFBOutside of the Air Force, she is working on her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and plan on retiring from the USAF and becoming a personal trainer, with a specialization in Adaptive Fitness. She has experience in online personal training and would like to grow her brand outside of the Air Force, once she completes her degree.
