Drew's Organics joined the team of Schlotterbeck & Foss in 2018. I transitioned into the Purchasing role with the company in the summer of 2020. I had a strategic role in the overall management of the company. I was responsible for the sourcing of materials needed for production and work to maintain a JIT flow of the materials in order to maximize the warehouse capacity. I am responsible for confirming that inventory is available for the production schedule that has been set and working closely with the scheduler to ensure that we maintain the best service level possible to our customers.
