Senior Technical Recruiter
Current(Formerly Superion)Participates in the full life cycle recruiting process from discussing position requirements with the hiring manager, posting the position to various recruiting websites, sourcing excellent candidates, administering assessments, performing interviews, and negotiating offers in a high volume, metrics driven environment.Recruits for a variety of roles including development, IT, accounting/finance, sales, marketing, professional services, support, HR, managers, directors, and vice presidents across the US and Canada. Utilizes several recruiting sites such as LinkedIn with a Recruiter seat and other sourcing websites both locally and internationally to find qualified candidates.Builds a collaborative relationship with Hiring Managers and works to anticipate future needs. Creates sourcing strategies and improves and implements processes to become more efficient. Trains new recruiters on procedures and advises on complicated situations. Attends job fairs and maintains communication with local colleges and networking groups.
