My role is to provide an at-seat catering service to First and Standard Class users on Great Western Railway train services. A requirement of the role is that I am to adhere to food safety regulations, hence I am qualified in Basic Food Hygiene. In August 2021, I also qualified as a Mental Health First Aider, so I can also provide support and signposting to support services for both Great Western Railway service users and employees. I have also completed a course in Supervisory Skills to prepare myself for Team Leadership.

The purpose of my role was to promote the Heathrow Express service onboard the train and at ticket offices located in London Paddington and Heathrow Stations. When allocated to work at Heathrow stations and onboard trains, I was expected to observe, monitor and uphold a safe environment, particularly at platform train interfaces. I was also trained in Section 12 Fire Awareness.

As a Retail Sales Assistant at Sealife London Aquarium, the purpose of my role was to merchandise and promote branded products at Sealife's flagship aquarium's gift shop. Between April 2013 and January 2015, I was elected to represent my department at "Your Voice Counts", a working group prioritising communication across departments and senior management. In September 2015, I was also selected to become a Sealife London Ambassador. This was an initiative set up by Merlin Entertainments group with the objective to promote the organisations core values to both their customers and employees.
