The curriculum is being designed to counter the frequent situation of devoting most pre-school instructional time to literacy by having activities that join literacy with mathematics and science. As project manager, I overhauled the project management processes and utilized new systems to manage the implementation, finalization, and publication of the project. Infant Toddler StudyTemple Hoyne Buell Foundation (April 11- Dec 13)The study was designed to systematically compare the impact of these regulations in a community college context versus a community-based delivery system and to provide valuable information for any State policymakers, stakeholders, and educators to explore more permeable borders between traditional and non-traditional credentialing for child care professionals. As project manager, I managed scheduling and data collection procedures for more than 225 provider and instructor participants and cultivated relationships decreasing attrition rates.
