North Shore Community Development Coalition (CDC) is a multi-disciplinary design and real estate charrette-style non-profit development agency located in Salem, MA. As a real estate project manager, I managed all aspects of the development process including the design, permitting, financing, and construction of mixed-use buildings in the Point neighborhood of Salem. - Managed relationships through City, Federal and State funders; including lighting design for PUNTO Art Museum in the heart of downtown. - Oversaw construction of 46 residential units, commercial/program space (>$60 Million)- Supported fundraising efforts (45 million) in federal tax credits for upcoming mixed-income senior housing on behalf of the Salem Health Center.
