It's not always easy describing to people what I do for a job! To put it simply, I am an over the top planner, organiser, communications expert and details fanatic....aka slightly OCD and a control freak. As a digital producer, I work closely with a top team of developers and creative experts to help execute innovative websites/apps, dynamic event activation's and connected retail solutions.No two days are the same! I know, how cliche of me but it couldn't be more accurate - one minute all hell can break loose and the next, you have just helped produce an end product that brings a tear to your eye (slightly exaggerated but you get me).I've worked at Satellite now for nearly four years and it's become an extremely rewarding role and a company I am so grateful to be working for!I am surrounded by like-minded people who want to deliver the best possible results for clients, whilst working as a team and really enjoying what we do. Marketers are well aware of how successful influencer marketing can be for brands.However, at The Social Club, we have broadened the horizon of influencer marketing by not just focusing on larger scale influencers but incorporating micro strategy as well.There's been a lot of focus on macro influencers and little focus on how micro influencers can achieve similarly, if not greater ROI for businesses.Consumers are seeking relevancy and trust content that is personalised by influencers that resonate with them. Micro influencers are people who are connected with their audience on a personal level and can provide superior engagement which results in further awareness and direct sales.As a Campaign Executive at The Social Club, I devise and run influencer marketing campaigns for products, services and events that target consumers or other businesses. A big part of my role consists of building relationships with influencers and brands, overseeing budgets and meeting deadlines for multiple projects.

I have had many roles at NZME including radio announcer, news reader and my current position as a project manager.I was searching for a role that combined my knowledge of the media industry but had a different level of responsibility such as planning, organisation and assessing projects. I work on internal projects to large-scale projects with clients such as BNZ and Spark. For each production to run smoothly I always ensure we are following my proposed timeline, agreeing and or negotiating production budgets and managing multiple deliverables. My job is about juggling many hats so I can tackle numerous priorities.

I have the best job in the world! Not many people get to wake up and spend there day shaking musicians hands, talking smake, going to festivals and creating their very own music show.I'm responsible for creating fresh engaging content, scheduling interview talent and producing/presenting ‘Straight from the Hangi Pit’. The objective of my show is to keep hardcore music-lovers informed through interviews, covering gigs, festivals, live studio performances and managing the channels social media accounts. Another perk of my job is the amazing people that help me achieve weekly goals.
