At the front desk I help check people in for working out and for classes. I will help customers with any complaints they may have and direct to them to my managers when there is an issue the front desk is unable to solve due to not having enough authority to solve the issue such as refunds. At the end of the shift I walk around the field house and clean up misplaced weights and basketballs. I put the cover on the hottub and count out the money earnings of the day.

As Ski Valet I keep ski lockers looking neat and cleaned. I help guests put on and keep track of their ski gear such as skis, boots, poles, helmets and gloves. I will lay out their skis on the run in safe spots in front of the chair lift. I help answer questions for guests, assist them with cleaning and offer them complimentary coffee. I will help them with any inquires they may have.At the end of the day I will grab the guests skis from the snow and brush off the snow. I put them in their locker and lock it up until the next day.

As a Ski Instructor Assistant I helped give kids ride up a chair lift when ski instructors had too many kids for them to ride up with. I would dress up in one of the Deer Valley mascots during special skin school events. I helped teach kids how to ski when I shadowed instructors.
