Conduct research as an undergraduate research assistant for a pollinator survey based around different agricultural riparian areas throughout Ventura. Primarily sort and identify all pollinators collected down to species level, as well as dry, pin, and catalog all pollinators into a uniform database. Responsible for organizing, editing, and monitoring SCRV Pollinator database. Conduct fieldwork using pan-traps, sticky traps, and square quadrants to observe and record pollinator and plant activity in these select areas. Assist in running a team of other undergraduates to complete similar tasks for the pollinator survey.

Responsible for greeting customers and managing the register. Solve any/all customer disputes. Complete all food prep (i.e. ingredient and meal prep). Observed Dr. Maufe meet with pediatric patients for varying issues including physical exams, injuries, and illnesses. Became familiar with common medical terminology used in the field. Learned to use information databases prior to consults with patients.
