Working in different aspects of the business, my current role is to help maintain strong HSE culture by creating and updating Health Risk Assessments and Safe to Perform records and update training records for on the job training and the qualified to perform program for shop employees. I help leads special projects for Lean, 6's and other CAPEX or Opex related projects and work closely with Manufacturing Eng. to review layouts and help design and implement tooling needed for different areas. Reviews manufacturing requirements, methods, and update when needed. I work closely with HSE leadership, Production Leadership and Warehouse Leadership to accomplish goals set.
