SUCCESS focuses on the total student and addresses such issues as behavior concerns, family problems, lack of motivation, peer pressure, and academic achievement to name a few. A major goal of the program is that students will not commit new acts of misconduct during or following exit from the program.Components of the program include small-group instruction with individualized assistance. A counseling component is an important part of the program that also includes community outreach and involvement.Students will be provided with a social development curriculum which will help them effectively manage behaviors and interaction with peers, parents/guardians, and other figures of authority.The program uses a non-confrontational, consequence-based decision making model to help students develop attitudes and work habits required for academic and work success, to improve achievement and attendance, to reduce violations of the Code of Conduct, and to empower the students with skills to manage conflict in acceptable ways.

This program gives students a chance to change their behaviors, which would afford them rewards. The program has been doing great thus far. I currently train athletes from ages 10 - 25,position specifics in football as well as sub training sprinters and jumpers in track and field.
