Coordinate shipping, receiving of parts and direction of aircraft parking while reporting to Senior leadership. Assign and direct work priorities for 1700 maintenance technicians for all on and off Aircraft tasks. Directs daily Flying schedule for 7 different sections with over 50 aircraft.

Inspected and tested aircraft hydraulic systems components to ensure serviceability. Replaced faulty parts in accordance with applicable directives and technical manuals. Performed system operations checks, pressure tests, fluid level checks, and reservoir replenishment. Fabricated hoses, tubing and fittings for use in aircraft hydraulic systems. Troubleshot malfunctions using schematics and diagrams as well as visual inspections of components. Repaired or replaced defective actuators, valves, pumps, servo-motors, accumulators, filters and other related components. Removed and installed complete hydraulic systems on various aircraft models. Performed maintenance work according to manufacturer's instructions while following safety protocols. Completed paperwork in a timely manner including service orders, logbooks and other documentation required by the FAA regulations. Assisted with training new technicians on proper operation of equipment used for testing hydraulic systems. Utilized hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers to remove and install components from aircraft hydraulic systems when necessary. Maintained an organized workspace that adhered to all safety standards set forth by the company. Inspected parts or aircraft to identify defects, proper fluid levels and general wear. Read and interpreted safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals to solve problems.
