As the VP of Sales, my role encompasses leading and managing all sales-related activities within All Business Class. My responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing the sales team, forging strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring the sales team meets its targets. I'm tasked with identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and adjusting sales tactics in response to changing market dynamics. His role is crucial for expanding the company's client base, retaining existing clients through superior service, and ultimately contributing to the company's profitability and growth. I collaborate closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving the company's business objectives. I hold a critical position within an organization, carrying a wide range of responsibilities that directly impact the company's revenue and growth.

My role as a Support Coordinator is to provide assistance to all Ovation Network / Amex GBT Independent Travel Advisors with onboarding and mainly with SABRE (our GDS system). I provide weekly SABRE Sessions and One-on-One SABRE Sessions. I'm part of a 4 member management team in the West Coast as we're establishing our presence in SoCal. Our headquarters is in New York in which I also lend support. On occasion I also lend support to our Travel Advisors in the UK.

As a reservation agent with Uniworld, I address Travel Agents booking River Cruises for their upscale clients seeking a Virtuoso River Cruise experience along European, Egyptian Nile and/or Amazon Rivers. My experience in the travel industry has facilitated me in providing a Virtuoso Customer Service to not only Travel Agents but to direct consumers as well. From the moment I was hired at Uniworld to now, my sales have increased tremendously solely based on the knowledge I have acquired throughout my career.

Assisted 3 IC’s in developing and executing their current client list of high end / luxury travelers. Worked directly with four colleges in providing group travel (Occidental College, Scripps College, Cal-Tech, Harvey Mudd College). Collaborated directly with my own clients in the Destination Wedding and Honeymoon Industry with over one hundred weddings to my name. Worked directly with high end / luxury travelers in developing exclusive travel needs. Worked directly with the executive board of the Tournament of Roses parade. Developed and helped rebrand the agency from a Travel Agency that provided flights & packages to a Destination Wedding & Honeymoon. Brought the concept of expanding the company to DW & HM with a strong online presence via several resources within the Wedding & Travel Industry. Contributed to the Elite Status the agency reached with several vendors with strong sales and marketing. Created their entire Social Media presence along with developing their website.
