Managed Metro Transit Police Department’s Digital Video Evidence Unit which includes the implementation of new law enforcement video technology to improve surveillance throughout the agency as well as assure the quality, safety and security of internal and external customers. In addition, liaised and consulted with other transportation agencies on advancement in digital video surveillance systems.

Successfully managed and developed Los Angeles Metro’s bus video digital video recording program. Revolutionized the video record preservation by converting all historical records in digital format to meet and comply with Los Angeles County’s requirements as well local, state, and federal regulations. In addition, improved video distribution throughout the Agency, which included collaboration with Metro’s law enforcement and legal partners.
