My name is Jesse Cotter, I will be retiring from the USAF this year. Most recently I was the director of the support equipment shop at Hill AFB. Where I managed and supervised 93 Air Force Active and Reserve members in the maintenance and production of 530 pieces of F-35 specific support equipment valued at 3 billion dollars. Prior to this I was the Maintenance Departments Lead Production Superintendent where I directed the maintenance efforts of 215 Air Force and Navy personnel spanning 13 different career fields. During this period established priorities and managed efforts in the maintenance of 46 F-35A Aircraft valued at 6.1 Billion dollars. Before this I worked is several different positions within a support equipment shop providing leadership and guidance in the efforts of managing and maintaining multi-million dollar support equipment accounts.
