As General Manager of new acquisition for a Multiple Shop Organization, I was responsible for customer retainment, vendor set ups, and employee retainment. I was responsible for filing reports to my regional manager.

As Manager of a Family owned Body Shop, I was responsible for Managing 7 Employees and the Work Flow and Operations of the Shop. Our shop was on American Family Dreams Restored Program. In June 2021 our shop was rated the best shop for American Family. I was additionally responsible for maintaining OEM Certification for Honda ProFirst, Nissan, and General Motors with updated Technician Training course on I-Car.

This role required a high level of customer service skills and team management and work flow distribution. I was responsible for being the primary contact for customers through out the repair process. Additional responsibilities included distributing a balanced work load among technicians and various departments. I took PPG Estimating classes and became I-Car gold certified.

I wrote Automotive Collision Repair Estimates for a family owned Body Shop. Many facets of my job required ordering parts, working with insurance companies, and managing shop work flow. I worked with CCCOne estimating system, Parts Trader website, and dealerships to ensure precise estimates. A high standard of customer service was essential to making the process of automotive repair a smooth as possible.

The scope of my job is broad but mostly it comes down to experience with books and customers. I am responsible for cataloging and researching books. I also and responsible for maintaining inventory and customer databases.
