I installed and wired all 7 elevators on the project, 4-5 stories tall with a fire damper in the shaft as well as lightning and power. During the 3 years I spent on this project i was involved in every phase of construction, from in wall rough to the finish, as well as continuing the day to day operations of the project when needed.

Worked on the finish for the hallways and apartments, installation of devices and lights.Project: Graham Capital Relief Center, Shelton. 6 months on job.Ran over 1000' of 4'' conduit for the power from building switch gear to office space electrical room. Layout and installation of three 400 amp ATS, one 1200 amp Manuel Bypass, ten 120/208v panel, two 277/480 panels, 2 battery cabinets and 40 data racks. I also ran 225' of 2'' conduit parallel runs for generator feed. Piped the building fire alarm in 1'' conduit and installed 3,000 ft of cable tray. I was also a lead guy on the wire pulls for the ATS's which was 1000 mcm AL.Project: Bridgeport Hospital 9th floor renovation, Bridgeport. 2 months on the jobI worked on the conduit runs for the normal power and lights as well as the emergency power and lights, and the life safety. We had to run separate conduits for all 5 power sources for each patient room, there was 28 patient rooms and a nurses station. I worked on the in-wall rough and layout for each patient room headwall. I also worked on troubleshooting all five power sources for two weeks at the end of the project.Project: Summerhouse Apartments, 22-story Residential Highrise, Stamford. 4 months on jobI worked primary on the 1st floor mechanical equipment and electrical power distribution as well as the Fire Command Center. Conduit and in wall rough for lights and power distribution for 1st floor lobby entrance and garage, Garbage room, Generator room, Fire Pump room, and Fire Command Center. The piping and wiring of 1st floor electrical dampers as well as the fire alarm. Wire pull and Termination of switch gear and panels.

I also worked on the general rough of walls/ceilings of each apartment, power, fire alarm, communications, cable. I worked on the finish of each apartment, installing devices, lights, appliances. I ran power and fire alarm for the electrical dampers on each floor. I installed the smoke ducts for each damper, 52 in total. I worked on the layout and installation of the 1st floor main electrical room switch gear, panels, transformers as well as the 16th floor electrical room switch gear, panels, transformers. Most of my work was in Living/Dining where I was apart of the in-wall rough/layout for the kitchen and rest of the building. I was apart of the layout/installation/wiring of Living/Dining Electrical room and mechanical equipment as well as commercial kitchen equipment. I worked on various tasks throughout the building which consisted of roughing, conduit runs, fire alarm conduit runs and roughing, and site light work.Other various office building projects and renovations, demolition, roughing, layout, gear, conduit.

Electrical ApprenticeSemac Electric Jul 2011 - Dec 2011Stamford ConnecticutI graduated high school in June of 2011 and went straight into the Electrical field working for Semac Electric in Stamford on the Starwood Resorts Hotel buildings. The project consisted of two eight-story tall buildings that were 200,000 sq ft a floor. While on this project I worked with 3/4 and 1 inch conduit for lighting fixtures and branch circuit raceways. I also worked on pulling branch circuits for various lighting loads and controllers. We were using a Lutron system to control the lighting of each floor and section. We installed various occupancy sensors and light detectors that would adjust the LED lights to the amount of natural sunlight entering the space. I worked on wall roughing for office space floor power and in wall receptacle power.
