My job as a Regional Trainer is to help accomplish the company mission through consistent self-reflection and unwavering accountability. Frequent meetings and communication are required. The Regional Trainer is expected to ensure that all assigned behavior technicians are supported through training, and act as a mentor towards new technicians. The Regional Trainer is instrumental in the development and support of new technicians, assisting that they meet the SunRise and BACB standards for quality care.Additionally, the Regional Trainer will support in Marketing and Recruiting Efforts, assisting in Job Fairs, Screening, interviewing and marketing of SunRise ABA and the development of their region.

•As an RBT with Sunrise ABA I provide high quality ABA therapy to children with Autism and other disorders. I carry out and follow behavior plans and targeted lessons with efficiency and patience.•I was hired on and integrated into the training team within a month of hire.

I collect data on individual programs, assist with parent and staff training, and assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with clinical assessments.
