I am a customer solution specialist for Capital One, as well as a freelance writer with content marketing and publication experience. As an employee of Capital One, I ensure the company’s core values are displayed when diagnosing and resolving customer complications. In my role as a freelance writer, I have primarily developed articles for social media and established strategies to increase public appeal. In both roles, I have demonstrated exceptional communication and integrity, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks. Before joining Capital One, I was an employee of Savers and a student at Saint Cloud State University. At Savers, I had the pleasure of growing into the role of a warehouse supervisor; planning with the stores affiliates and interacting directly with the stores customers. For my efforts with Saint Cloud Savers partner - the Disabled American Veterans - I was recognized at a national level, which may be my greatest accomplishment. As a student at SCSU, I happened upon two organizations – The Upper Mississippi Harvest and Working Title – both allowed me to develop experience editing and promoting for a publication. My favourite aspect of each of the roles I have been a part of is developing an idea as a team and acting on it. It has been amazing seeing what unique visions separate industries can construct, being a part of the initiative is rewarding. While I do enjoy connecting with peers, I consider myself an eternal student and would enjoy communicating with contacts from various industries.
