This position is responsible for assisting assigned, major customers with CAT machine budgeting, forcasting of repairs and influencing repair solutions that will optimize fleet utilization.. Activities will include conducting regular enterprise meetings with customer representatives, HOLTCAT personnel and Caterpillar to discuss and review product support issues, determine alternatives and implement solutions that ensure satisfaction and resolution for all stakeholders. Will also be responsible for influencing, promoting and selling HOLTCAT’s parts and service capabilities (Product Support Total Care Package) that offers a complete and comprehensive solution. Will also provide account management services to ensure a professional and productive customer relationship.

Primarily responsible for scheduling and prioritizing all work performed in the assigned area of responsibility; providing quotes for jobs and work order review for customer billing; customer communications; shop safety practices and compliance with shop operating policies. Supervision and training of all shop personnel, and committed to the development and success of work group. This position has major responsibilities to ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction. Must also perform duties of Service Manager during periods of absence.

Primarily responsible for establishing production goals, supervising, training and evaluating service employees to ensure that work is performed in support of company’s department goals. This individual monitors physical requirements for work completion (facilities, tools, environmental) and communicates same on an ongoing basis to his/her supervisor.
