As a graduate of SUNY Oswego with a B.S. in Wellness Management, I have strong interests in behavioral health, healthcare administration, operational efficiency, and leadership. I hope to further develop skills and gain experience in the mental health field. I worked as a Warehouse Operations Floor Supervisor at Markraft Cabinets, where I improved the manufacturing process with Lean Sigma Six, operated a forklift, and earned multiple certifications. Currently, I am a Practice Manager, where I continue to broaden my understanding of healthcare administration and mental health. I will be enrolling in Cape Fear Community College’s Licensed Medical Billing and Coding program and plan to go back for my Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA). I hope to one day work as a Healthcare Executive in the behavioral health sector. I pride myself on being a detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable individual who learns from mistakes and spreads positivity.
