I was born and raised in North Fort Myers, Florida. I attended North Fort Myers High School and attended College in Tennessee. I enjoy hiking, reading, Anime, and spending time with my wife and 4 kids. I would love the opportunity to travel more. I am passionate about helping others, and love working in the technology field.My most recent position was at the Killeen Daily Herald as an Executive Assistant. There I built clientele for the digital department and set appointments for all of our outside sales representatives. Prior to that I worked 4 years in tech support. Three of those years were as a manager in the training department where I facilitated learning in a classroom environment as part of a hybrid program developed in response to the COVID pandemic. I regularly try to find ways to broaden my knowledge and skill where both Tech and Customer Service are concerned.I work best in a teamwork culture. Collaboration is my greatest strength in the workplace. I am all about respect amongst coworkers. The most enriching work experience is one that encourages diversity. Working with people from various backgrounds with varying perspectives might just be the most rewarding thing I've gotten to do professionally.
