Provide skill & amp, leadership in the conduct of plant and facility maintenance, repairservice, re-work, etc. Remain abreast of new developments within PM programs for molding equipment.Perform maintenance on assigned machines, respond to calls for service ta injectionmolding or other production-based equipment, perfom all other duties as assigned,Maintain accurate service/PM records to document equipment history of maintenance and performance. Fabricate, weld, rebuild, modity, adjust equipment or facilties as needed to satisty work requirement and to sustain uninterrupted production operation. Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced maintenance personnel to promote growth of departmental excellence.

On-site maintenance: Perform maintenance on trucks, trailers, and containers at the customer's location Diagnosing and repairing issues: Diagnose and fix problems with diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, transmissions, steering, and other systems Preventative maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to keep vehicles safe and operational Welding and fabrication: Perform welding or fabrication tasks on trailers and other equipment Preparing work orders: Prepare work orders and order parts Maintaining a clean and safe workplace: Keep the workplace clean and safe Analyzing diagnostic test results: Analyze the results of diagnostic tests to identify faults Repairing or replacing parts: Repair or replace damaged parts, components, and other mechanical or electrical equipment Maintaining service records: Maintain detailed records of work completed to communicate a vehicle's status to others

Servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production-related equipment.Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines.Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.Adjusting mechanical parts using hand and machine tools.Fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrades.Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks.Communicating with the production team and maintaining a clean work area.Preparing and submitting maintenance reports.
