As part of the Enrollment Operations and Analytics department, I work with Office of Student Financial Assistance to provide technical support. I manage daily technical processes, including financial aid imports and exports into Ellucian Colleague SIS, and train and supervise Student Financial Assistance staff with technical processes whenever appropriate.
