About this assignment: Organon is a leading organization in the development and production of medication for women. There are six factories on its campus in Oss. To better measure and monitor the effectiveness of these factories, efforts were made to develop and implement an overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) application and reporting.- Developed and implemented an application (in Power Apps) for recording OEE in the factories.- Developed the reports in Power BI for gathering new insights. About this assignment: Givaudan is the world's largest manufacturer of flavours and fragrances. Within Givaudan Netherlands, I did a project to determine how to extract additional volume from the plant by increasing production reliability.- Through a root-cause analysis, determined which factors have the biggest contribution potential to increasing the production reliability.- Designed a new process with the operations team leads to implement a solution to achieve higher reliability results.

About this assignment: After setting up the performance management system in Navision ERP and Power BI, the sales department required steering information via the CRM package Superoffice. The aim was to gain more control and insight into the organisation's new-business development. Together with the sales coordinator, I converted the information needs into reports. The reports and dashboards were built in Power BI.- Insight into the Return of Investment on new-business created.- Reports are used daily by the various sales teams.

About this assignment: Sentech is a fast-growing high-tech company that switched ERP packages in the summer of 2019. Part of this ERP Microsoft Navision implementation was to set up a performance management system. Together with the finance manager and all department managers, we determined the management needs and then converted the right data into steering information. The final reports and dashboards were built in Power BI. - Built 25 reports that are used daily by the organization's management team and tactical team.- Identified steering needs for the entire organization at strategic, tactical and operational level.- A fully customized performance management system developed and embedded in the organization.

About this assignment: During this project, I set up the Heusden Young Talent platform. This platform focuses on retaining and attracting talented human capital in the Municipality of Heusden. Heusden Young Talent has grown into a platform with 11 affiliated partner companies and 2 schools and offers projects to around 25 talents every year.

Als quality engineer was ik verantwoordelijk voor het testen van de op maat gemaakte sensoren, om op deze manier de kwaliteit van de uitgaande sensoren te garanderen.
