I am currently a PM logistics team leader at Hilton. As the PM leader I effectively manage a dynamic and diverse team of up to 15 team members, fostering a team culture that encourages open communication and mutual support. I have a keen focus on team development and training consistently guiding my team members to enhance their skills and abilities. By setting a strong example, I ensure the consistent achievement of key performance indicators. I am also the first point of contact for our customers and transport partners. All communication and issues are handled by me first and will only be escalated if I am unable to create a solution.

During my 6 years at Young guns, I was involved in a wide range of roles from a team leader to an operations manager of a $5million dollar contract. Whilst I was an operations manager, I managed a diverse team of up to 90 team members that included 10 full-timers and upwards of 80 casuals. I over sore the planning, coordination and execution of the unloading of 100 – 190 TEU daily. I was responsible for the smooth and efficient management of all aspects related to shipping containers. In this role I developed skills in team training and development, implementing strategies to maximize container utilization and managing a PnL budget.Key achievements• 2016 QLD team leader of the year• 2017 QLD shift manager of the year• Developed a team leader training matrix that was implemented into the business as the standard training method for upcoming leaders.
