Manages relationship with key influencers, power structures, and hierarchy with the customer.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Finds creative approaches to create wins in difficult situations.• Monitors the competitor’s brands and products as well as our market share.• Executes the annual operating plan to grow the business.• Reviews POS and market sales data where available and elevates concerns or insights.• Applies understanding of product portfolio, brand positioning, brand vision and strategy to product sell-in and sell-through.• Executes innovative win-win customer and channel strategies persuing understanding of customer, market, and competitor.• Concept development of electronic and print marketing materials that are used to achieve desired sales results.• Analyze sales trends and implement growth strategies.• Creates, manages and administers Excel spreadsheets for various uses/needs.• Communicate sales and growth strategies to Field personnel.• Manages inbound purchase order flows, assists with customer service issues such as PO tracking requests.• Forecast sales and participate in in-house budget strategy meetings.• Performs other duties as assigned.
