Worked as a patrol officer, Narcotics Investigator, was Assigned to Atlanta (HIDTA) High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, was a (EOD) Explosive Ordinance Detection K9 handler, Worked a second K9 that was a Narcotics Detection K9, Tactical (SRT) Special Response Team member and Sniper/marksman for over 10 of my years. I enjoyed solving problems in an efficient and safe manner. The variety of situations made the career interesting. I was lucky enough to get to work in several highly specialized areas. I gained experience in how to work in small and large teams effectively and how to give and take orders on a very fluid level when situations developed. The work and experience gained was very rewarding.
