I follow up with customers who request information regarding final expense and mortgage protection coverage. I meet with the clients, discuss their options, and write them a policy if they are eligible. I am contracted with a number of reputable carriers, Mutual of Omaha, Monumental Life, Foresters, to name a few, thus the chances of finding a product that suits an individual's needs and budget is well within the realm of probability.

I provided pension estimates for members of various local unions in the greater Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. areas. Additionally, I processed pension applications and provided consultation to members that were in the process of retiring. I created a number of extensive spreadsheets to perform the various calculations necessary to process pension applications and estimates. The spreadsheets saved the department an average of 2 months of time per year.

I monitored every Veteran student at DeVry University, Fort Washington, Pa by consulting their schedules each semester. I provided the Certifying official with lists of Veteran students who registered for classes in order for the university to report their enrollment to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Additionally, I provided consultation to new veterans students to educate them in the process of registering for classes and acted as a liaison between students and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
