• Professionally managed cases initiated by telephone from practicing veterinarians, animal owners and others involving animals that have been potentially exposed to deleterious agents• Assisted support staff (veterinary technicians and assistants) and APCC veterinarians with the management of complicated cases requiring high-level expertise• Participated as a contact center/toxicologist leader by obtaining Senior CVCT status and working as a Vet-To-Vet consultant, providing guidance and consults with newer CVCTs, addressing employee questions and concerns, and overseeing staff group chats and other communications as needed when management was not available• Developed/updated DVM protocols, created and presented rounds presentations, created and presented several well-received CE presentations, wrote/edited many short educational articles, participated in APCC Mentor program and Engagement Champions program
