Oversaw all aspects of Health Catalyst University ("HCU") client education programs, including marketing, selling, contracting, and implementation. HCU education programs expanded to 20+ clients across North America, generating >$1 million in revenue.

Oversaw HCU operations, including the development of new education programs and the expansion and implementation of existing programs. Within Health Catalyst, over 5,000 competency-specific micro-credentials have been awarded, including 219 Analytics Engineer certification sand 107 Healthcare Leader certifications.

Oversaw the design and development of all HCU offerings to ensure alignment and consistency across programs. During this time, we expanded the healthcare analyst certification program to include a light-touch diagnostic assessment, nine e-learning courses, and nine literacy assessments. Similarly, the healthcare leader certification program was developed.

Worked with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to build an alpha version of a certification program for healthcare analysts, including: 1) a competency map to define competencies needed by the role; 2) a set of four validated assessments covering healthcare data, healthcare operations, data analysis, and data visualization; and 3) four.

Manage and design all internal training including orientation of new employees and continuing education and professional development of on-going employees and evaluate all such initiatives.
