Motivated, lead, developed and coached mortgage consultants, to ensure individual sales and market share growth goals were met while simultaneously ensuring the deliver of exceptional customer service, profits and cross selling. Increased production results to lead the Division in several areas including lowest turn over, loans per originator, and profitability. Increased lending production in the El Paso and Las Cruces areas by 600% in 18 months.Managed, monitored and reviewed broker performance with Account Executives in terms of applications and fundings, product mix, revenue, lock fallout, quality, market penetration, and broker penetration on a regular basis. Determined the information to communicate to brokers and the appropriate action to take with brokers in order to improve their metrics. Responsible for hiring, recruiting, coaching, training, evaluating and promoting all regional employees. Assisted direct reports with hiring, training, and performance feedback as necessary. Managed the region’s P&L by reviewing productivity, revenue, pricing margins, personnel expenses, fixed and variable costs, etc., determining the necessary actions to ultimately achieve all regional and corporate goals.Lead a centralized team responsible for phone and e-mail inquires on mortgage applications for 18 states. Developed the first non-sales Welcome Call Campaign to welcome new customers and assist with any questions they had after their loan closing. This program was found to be so successful that it was rolled out to the entire footprint with Senior Leadership’s performance reviews tied directly to the results of these calls.
