My Roles and Responsibilities as Magic's Team Leader:- Assign daily tasks to every member of the team- Do live coaching and provide strategies on how the members of the team can execute a task- Double-check each team members work and provide feedback- Conduct biweekly one-on-ones to each team member, and provide their biweekly metrics, attendance points, improvements, areas of opportunities and set goals. - Conduct weekly team reviews and meetings- Handle client escalations- Communicate with other departments when needed- Be a team player- Manage internal escalations ( Ex: conflicts between team members)- Double-check and review the team's discrepancies
