CurrentIn my role, I provide support to our esteemed CPAs and Sales Partners.My team is responsible for handling Accountant Escalations tickets submitted by our CPA and Sales Partners. Our objective is not only to resolve issues but also to contribute to the resolution process by identifying the root cause. Our CPA Partners can contact us via chat, email, or phone calls. We continuously seek opportunities to enhance our service and share the knowledge we gain along the way. I firmly believe in fostering a collaborative team environment and extending assistance to those in need. To achieve this, I employ various methods and techniques to communicate our vision and explore diverse avenues for collaboration. My focus is on the success and well-being of my team. Given their extensive experience, I prioritize understanding their motivations and addressing their concerns to create an optimal work environment that enables them to excel.
