Hello! My name is Jesse and I am a Pranic Healer and wellness coach! I have been practicing Pranic Healing for 11+ years now, for many years only for friends and family as a hobby. I spent 20+ years working in large corporations in the US and Europe, and in 2022 I made the leap to practice Pranic Healing full time. I became a certified health and life coach in 2023, and with the combination of these skills, I am able to effectively help others create transformation in their lives. Change has long (not always) been a passion of mine. I have navigated many difficult transitions in life including overcoming addiction, death of a loved one, weight loss, anxiety, and career transitions. It is true, that the only thing that is constant in life is change, and I find that embracing it is much less turbulent than resisting it. I've spent years studying the secrets to change and personal growth, spirituality and why we exist on this earth, and the recipe for a healthy life. These things are my passion, and I am blessed to be able to share what I've learned and accumulated through study and experience with the world, while actively working on my mission of helping others. I believe it is not only my mission, but my duty, to help others navigate the difficulties of life, transformation, and suffering with the experiences and knowledge that I've been given.Stress is real. It is the silent killer. There is so much stress and anxiety in the world today and it causes physical, mental, and emotional sickness. Through Pranic (energy) healing and coaching, I help professionals dealing with overwhelming stress to find inner peace. Through holistic methods, I help improve the physical health, mental clarity, and emotional resilience of my clients, creating a harmonious relationship with their thoughts and feelings, which is the recipe for overall health and wellness! When we are healthy in our minds, bodies, and emotions, we are better at literally everything that we do and that is important to us.
