Sturdy Oak Wellness

Sturdy Oak Wellness is first and foremost a community founded in health. We believe that life is worth living to the fullest, and that by creating health in our body, we give ourselves the best chance at living long, fulfilling lives. Our nucleus of health is our life force (energy, prana, chi, ki, qi, mana), and this is where the Sturdy Oak Wellness healing journey begins. We use Pranic Healing as the foundation for health and wellness. By healing our energy, our physical body innately heals itself too. Once we have created energetic balance in the body, we teach you how to maintain your health with powerful information, experiences, tools, exercises, and coaching so that you become the master of your own life, for life. Our mission is to help as many people as possible to break free from the overwhelming feeling that comes with stress and anxiety. We believe that stress is very real, but that with the right tools, there is a very achievable end to stress in sight, no matter your circumstances. While "health" is very much associated with the state of our physical bodies, it is also intertwined with the state and health of our minds, and our relationship with our emotions. The physical, mental, and emotional bodies that make up our whole person are the tripod of life. Without one, the health of the other two will suffer. We must optimize and balance the state of all three to be at our very best. Most of us are not taught basic skills on how to establish mental mastery, emotional fortitude, or even how to eat and exercise. Sturdy Oak Wellness provides tools, resources, coaching, and a community of like-minded individuals to help teach you how to maximize you overall health and bring inner peace, joy, and happiness to the world. We believe that when you feel your best in all of these areas, you are better at all of the things that matter most to you, like your career, your family, your friends, your community, and your adventures to name a few.
