Hired to lead the North Region of the International Specialty Group (ISG). Accountable for team leadership, business development, compliance, foreign partners, carrier relationships and all customer-facing activities for the region. The business portfolio included complex international property and casualty accounts.

Recruited to drive international business development for the leading property and casualty mutual insurer for utility and related energy companies (all large lines property and casualty accounts). Oversaw international insurance business and related assumed facultative reinsurance transactions. Appointed Branch Manager, AEGIS Canada, a CAD 40 million book of business. Responsible for overall Canadian foreign branch management, including interactions with Canadian insurance regulators, legal, and financial service providers in Canada and the US. Authored and executed international development strategy, including advising senior executives. Led expansion activities into foreign markets.
