I joined Beaver Water District in 2003 as a Plant Operator II. In 2014 I was promoted to Operations Supervisor. My responsibilities include overseeing 14 employees and the potable water production capability of 140 MGD along with the Solids Handling Facility. Prior to joining the District, I worked as a water quality technician for the Washington County Conservation District, where I wrote nutrient management plans for land owners. I earned a B.S. in Environmental, Soil, and Water Science from the University of Arkansas. I hold a Grade IV Water Treatment License, a Grade IV Water Distribution License, a Advanced Industrial Wastewater License and Class IV Professional Operator License. I am a member of the American Water Works Association, Chair of the Treatment Plant Operations and Maintenance Committee of the American Water Works Association, and Board Member of the Northwest District of the Arkansas Water Works and Water Environment Association.
