➢ Manage the Production Team during the major growth of business.➢ Responsible for managing production of SKU intensive NBA licensed garments in Men’s, Junior’s, Youth, performance/activewear, and sleepwear.➢ Handle several major buyer’s SMU production. - Forever21 x NBA / Rue21 NBA line- Target / Fanatics / JCP / Modell’s / Value retailers➢ Overseas business trips as needed to find and develop new vendors.➢ Regular workflow including, but not limited to, cost negotiation and vendor allocation, WIP/sample follow-up with team, and attending sales meetings.
