•Lead program management of the GHSC-PSM project in Indonesia, including management of the project budget, client communication, liaising with the 35-person Chemonics Jakarta office, and project risk mitigation processes. Lead monthly budget reviews and forecasting for alignment with approved project budgets and corporate profitability targets. Oversee HR and recruitment to ensure sufficient staffing for program and budget needs. •Liaised with executive officers, business development leaders, and technical experts to prepare for a forward market of $15-17 billion in USAID global health supply chain programming, including supporting an executive vice president providing strategic oversight and business acumen to a team developing a $2.2 billion technical assistance proposal.•Coordinated development and personally submitted a $25 million proposal to USAID for a youth empowerment and employment project in Honduras. Proactively assisted the proposal lead in directing a proposal team of 15 people, tracking development of all proposal sections, and coordinating internal technical and cost reviews. •Manage subcontracts ranging in size from $10,000 commercial service agreements to $386,000 international firm fixed price subcontracts, including Indonesian domestic subcontracts for warehousing and distribution services. •Succeeded as acting director for the GHSC-PSM in Indonesia and GHSC-PSM in Burma projects for one month. In the case of Burma, coordinated closely with executive, security, and technical teams to manage port delivery and customs clearance during the ongoing coup and COVID-19 for two requisition orders of malaria commodities.

•Provided program management services to the USAID GHSC-PSM project in Indonesia in the areas of program finances, human resources, compliance, procurement, and travel.•Served as acting manager for a six-month period, including developing the project’s $3.51 million FY21 work plan.•Coordinated delivery of $1.5 million order of medical ventilators and accessories to Jakarta, Indonesia, coordinating with the global supply chain and deliver/return teams, and procuring warehousing space in Jakarta within 48 hours following a client request. •Served as liaison between Chemonics headquarters and the project office in Jakarta to ensure all client deliverables were developed and submitted in a timely manner.
